Have you ever lost yourself?

You're doing life, busy with all the things and one day you look up and wonder, "Who the heck AM I?"

I ask because it seems that all the women I've worked with have experienced this moment. I certainly have (more than once).

We are taught to focus on making everyone else happy. This is a surefire way to lose yourself, my Dear.

But here's what's weird about me...I love working with women when they feel LOST!

Despite the shitty feeling that goes along with it, I know from a healing-person-growth-perspective: it means you're ripe for transformation!

When you "look up from life" and realize you're lost it means you're ready to DO something different.

Nothing is more exciting than that. Cue phoenix rising from the ashes!

And what I DON'T think women need for finding themselves is: to follow someone else's system. 

It doesn't really make sense, does it?

How does someone else know the step to finding your uniqueness?!

What if there was a way to reclaim the next level YOU waiting to be revealed from within?

That's what art can do. Not just any type of art but Art as a Soul Language™ helps you Listen with a capital "L" to the messages guiding you forward.

There is a wise part of you that already knows the way.

What if you could Listen to that?

I've seen it happen over and over again with the women I work with. I tell them, we're going to explore "power" this month and BAM! There's the next message they need to receive.

Messages like:
~Your inner compass feels like dancing through life
~Your female lineage handed down the belief that you cannot trust yourself
~Your father's trauma story doesn't have to be YOUR trauma story

Those are just a few examples of the unique messages women received through their art. 

I want you to know, the wisdom is already within YOU.

And there is a creative, feminine path to Listening to that truth buried inside of you.
